WHAT IS RPL?

What is Recognition of Prior Learning?

RPL lets a Registered Training Organisation assess the skills you've already built on the job. Instead of sitting through a full course, you show evidence of your real work. If the RTO's assessors find you've demonstrated every required competency, they can issue a nationally recognised qualification.

Good to know: RPL is usually fee-for-service and not covered by government funding or student loans. Fees vary by qualification and RTO.
